Refund policy

Term and Termination

This agreement will become effective in relation to you when you create a TransLegal account or start using TransLegal’s materials or services and will remain effective until terminated by you or TransLegal. You may cancel your TransLegal subscription at any time by visiting the cancellation page (http://www.translegal.com/cancel), which termination shall have effect at the expiry of the then-current subscription period. You must cancel your subscription no later than five (5) business days in advance of the end of the current billing cycle to ensure that your credit card is not charged. TransLegal reserves the right to terminate this agreement or suspend your TransLegal subscription at any time in the event of unauthorized, or suspected unauthorized use of your TransLegal subscription whether in contravention of this agreement or otherwise. If TransLegal terminates this agreement, or suspends your TransLegal subscription for any of the reasons set forth in this section, TransLegal shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and TransLegal will not refund any amounts that you have previously paid.
